Meet Kazor, our Pot Limit Omaha Heads-Up coach

Today we will meet Kazor, who is our PLO Heads-Up coach.

His first student was the legendary Rylan, who already finished the PLO HU program with the 60 k Euro contract in just 6.5 months, not to forget that this is not his first time, that he finished a coaching program in our team: Last year he had finished our No Limit Heads-Up coaching program.

But today we will focus on Kazor and therefore we had a few questions for him:

How are you doing in general and at the poker tables?

I am doing well, in general, things are good and poker gives me some extra freedom to do other things. On the tables, things have been going well and I am winning but action can be slow at times. I am hopeful for another boom. A Positive legislation would help.

And on which stakes are you playing at the moment?

I play up to 25/50 but my average limit is still 5/10.

When did you actually start playing poker?

I started actually playing poker in middle school. I have always had a little gamble in me. When online poker got popular I played throughout the sites starting like many did at PartyPoker with SNG’s and eventually moving into ring games.

What do you like most about being a coach for BPC? And in general how is it for you to be coach?

I like having clear goals for the students and a finish line. I always enjoy talking theory and hands with players so this is an extension of that. BPC was very easy to work with throughout the process.

Where do you actually come from or live right now and how is it to live there?

I live in the northeast USA and enjoy living in this locale.

What are your plans for the future in general and in poker?

I am interested in any and all business opportunities. In terms of poker, I think that will always be a part of what I do.

Also, I heard you are doing charity work, what is it about and do you have an own website?

I have been involved in charity work for many years now. I helped to start a small group of profitable players to give back to charity. A website was setup, although not fully developed yet- it is robinhoodpoker.net. I am always happy to work with anyone who is actively giving back to charity.

How do you motivate yourself to put in the hours at the tables?

This has become more difficult over the years but I try to set goals for myself or for charity to help motivate me to play longer.

If there is only one thing you can give as advice to your students, which one would you give?

Set and adhere to daily stop loss limits.
